Okay, so for the rest of the week? I have no classes. Because evidently someone
on campus contracted the new super flu, the whole campus has been shut down as
far as classes and such. This means for Tuesday through to Monday, I technically ain't got
shit to do (pardon my french).

Well, that's not true. I can do what i would normally be doing right now if i was home and spend all day on the computer having fun :3 and I'll probably end up actually studying most of the time so I can try to get a better grasp on what we're learning, and maybe remember more than five kanji at a time, but I mean crap! Seven days?! Not that there's not disinfectant in every building (which there is), masks available in every store (which there are), and it was one kid in like seven hundred (i hope he's happy...with his flu...), but now no class for seven days. Back home i might be like "Yes, score!" (except its summer vacay there so no class anyway...) but there's not much I can do here in terms of diversion when my friends are all asleep short of hopping a bus and heading into one of the cities.

But even then they're saying "don't leave your room unless it's an emergency." I
just don't get it. Back home we'd just say "be careful, wash your hand, cover
your mouth when you cough and move the heck on." And what counts as an
emergency? Obviously food cause they're keeping the cafeteria and school store
open, at much shorter hours, but does cabin fever count as an emergency? Cause i
really don't want to get caught in the Shining here...the mist lately has
already been thick enough it's like a Stephen King novel where something's going
to come out and eat you at any second.
